Available for individuals or group bookings (up to 5 faces). Please select the correct number of faces when ré serving your session. Timely arrival is required.

Policies & FAQs

  • Deposit Policy:

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

    • Soft glam and natural glam: $25 per face

    • Photoshoot in group bookings: $50 deposit

    • Bridal services: 50% deposit

    • This deposit is non-refundable but transferable once if rescheduling is made at least 48 hours before the appointment.

    • The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost, with the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment.

    • Deposits are transferable once if rescheduling is made at least 48 hours before the appointment, If rescheduling is needed more than once, a new deposit will be required.

    • Deposits for no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours are forfeited. Bridal deposits are non-refundable.

    Payment Methods:

    • I accept Cash, Apple Cash, Tap to Pay

    • Full payment is due at the time of service.

    Same-Day Booking:

    • Same-day appointments are only available Thursday-Sunday.

    • Bookings must be made by 10 AM on the day of service.

    • A $40 rush fee applies for same-day bookings.

    • Availability is not guaranteed—same-day requests will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

    Bridal VIP Services:

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your bridal booking.

    • The remaining balance for bridal VIP services is due no later than two weeks (14 days) before the wedding date.

    • Payments must be on time to avoid cancellation of services.

    please note: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time will result in cancellation of your booking, and your deposit will be forfeited.

    Last-Minute Bridal Bookings:

    • Bridal appointments booked less than 30 days before the wedding will incur a $150 non-refundable rush fee, subject to availability. This fee accounts for expedited scheduling, last-minute coordination, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality bridal experience on short notice.

    Payments for Last-Minute Bridal Bookings:

    • For bridal appointments booked less than 30 days before the wedding, the full balance, including the $150 rush fee must be paid at the time of booking. This ensures availability and allows for proper preparation within the limited timeframe.

  • Service Area:

    • I am a mobile makeup artist based in Grand Prairie, TX, servicing the DFW metroplex.

    Travel Fees:

    • The first 10 miles from Grand Prairie, TX are free.

    • A $2 per mile fee applies beyond 10 miles.

    • Travel fees are calculated using Google Maps (shortest route).

    • Destinations beyond 50 miles require a custom quote.

    On-Site Requirements:

    To ensure the best possible service and makeup application experience, I provide my own chair and professional lighting for every appointment. Clients are kindly Asked to ensure the following:

    • A Clean & Well-Lit Space: Please provide a clear workspace with adequate room for setup.

    • Accessible Power Outlet: Needed for professional lighting and any necessary equipment.

    • Minimal Distractions: To maintain efficiency, please limit interruptions and ensure a quiet environment during the appointment.

    • Climate Control: For comfort and optimal makeup application, a cool ventilated area is preferred.

    Pets & Extra Guest Policy:

    • To maintain a professional and efficient work environment, please ensure that pets and extra guests are kept at a distance during the makeup application.

    • If space is limited, kindly arrange for minimal distraction to ensure the best results.

    Sanitation & Health Standards:

    • For the safety of all clients, please notify me in advance If you have any contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or cold sores.

    • If I determine that a condition may put either party at risk, I reserve the right to refuse service.

    • I follow strict sanitation protocols, and all tools/products are disinfected between clients to ensure a clean and safe experience.

    Last-Minute Location Changes:

    • Any changes to the service location must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Last minute changes (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in additional travel fees or, in some cases, cancellation of the appointment if the new location is outside of the service area or conflicts with my schedule.

    • Please ensure the confirmed location is accurate at the time of booking.

    Unexpected Guests & Additional Faces:

    • My services are scheduled based on the number of booked clients.

    • If additional people request makeup services on the day of the appointment, I will accommodate them only if time allows.

    • Additional faces will be charged at the standard rate and must be paid before the service begins.

    • If unexpected guest interfere with the service or cause delays, I reserve the right to adjust or discontinue the session as necessary to maintain professionalism.

  • Client Cancellations:

    • Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

    • Reschedules made within 48 hours can transfer their depositto a future date (one time only).

    No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their deposit and will be blocked from booking future services. No exceptions.

    • To avoid this, please communicate any necessary cancellations or reschedules at least 48 hours in advance.

    Artist Cancellations:

    • In the rare event that I need to cancel, clients will receive a full refund of their deposit or have the option to reschedule at a discounted rate.

    Please Note: This policy does not apply to bridal bookings. If a bridal appointment must be canceled by the artist, a full refund will be issued, but rescheduling at a discounted rate will not be offered due to the nature of bridal services.

  • 1. What is the difference between Soft Glam and Natural Glam?

    • Soft Glam: A seamless, polished look with more definition and blending.

    • Natural Glam: A fresh, radiant, look with minimal makeup.

    2. How do I prepare for my makeup appointment?

    • Please arrive with a clean, product, free face. Avoid using oil-based product before your appointment for the best makeup application.

    • Brows should be groomed (waxed,threaded or tweezed) and ex facial hair removed for a flawless finish.

    • Exfoliate your skin the night before for a smoother application.

    • Moisturize your skin well, but avoid heavy creams right before your appointment.

    3. How far in advance should I book?

    • for soft glam, natural glam, and standard makeup services: Bookings are recommended at least 3-7 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Same-day appointments must be booked by 10 AM on operating days and will incur a $40 rush fee.

    • For bridal bookings: It’s best to book 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability. A minimum of 30 days notice is required for last minute bridal bookings, which will incur a $150 rush fee (subject to availability.)

    4. Can I book for a group?

    • Yes! Group bookings are available for Photoshoot & Branding Makeup services, up to 5 people per session.

    5. How long does a makeup application take?

    • Natural Glam: ~ 45 minutes

    • Soft Glam: ~50 minutes

    • Bridal Makeup: ~ 2-8 hours (depending on the package)

    6. Do you offer touch-ups?

    • Yes! I offer on-site touch-ups for $50 per hour and makeup changes for $30 per hour.

    7. What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

    • Please inform me before your appointment, and I will adjust product selection accordingly. Clients are welcome to bring their own products.

    8. Do you work with all skin tones and types?

    • Yes! I specialize in flawless makeup application for all complexions and skin types.

  • Lateness Policy:

    • A 10-minute grace period is given.

    • After that a $15 late fee applies.

    • If more than 20 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

    Photography Policy:

    • photos and videos will be taken during or after your session for use in my portfolio, website, and promotional materials.

    • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify me before your appointment.

    • For clients under 18, parental/guardian consent will be required before sharing any media.

    Hygiene & Health

    Grooming Requirements:

    •  Please arrive with clean, bare skin—brows groomed (waxed, threaded, or tweezed) and facial hair removed for the best makeup application results.

    •  Skin should be exfoliated and free of heavy skin care products or oils.

    • Failure to comply may result in:

    • A $10 skin prep fee

    • or a declined service with no refund.

    • If you have any contagious skin conditions (e.g., cold sores, eye infections, open wounds, etc.), please reschedule your appointment.
